Mark Clement President
Mark was born and raised in Naples. He graduated from Lake Region High School then studied Engineering at Northeastern University for a couple of years before transferring to Southern Maine Technical College where he received an Associate’s Degree in Horticulture.
He and his brothers operated Clement Bros. for several years until he became sole owner/President in 1990. Mark has always been active in community organizations. He served in the past on both the Northern Cumberland Memorial Hospital and Naples Public Library Board of Trustees. He currently serves as President of the Historic Union Church.
Lindsay Clement Office Manager
​Lindsay was raised in Bridgton and graduated from Lake Region High School. She received her BS in Business Administration from Florida Southern College. After college she worked in several locations including Boston, Japan, California and Hawaii. Upon returning to Maine, she worked at her Dad’s dental practice in Bridgton as Office Manager. One day as she was driving on Highland Ridge Road, she spotted Mark working at a property and stopped to say hi and the rest is history! She started doing the books for Clement Bros. soon after they started dating and now is the Office Manager. She serves on the board of trustees for CrossWalk Community Outreach of Naples.
Rich Hines
Operations and HR Manager
Rich graduated from the State University at Oneonta with a BS in Meteorology. He worked for 20 years in Boston in Investment Operations. He moved to Maine in 2008 where he worked in property maintenance for 2 ½ years before joining Clement Bros. in June of 2012 as Operations Manager.
Harold Williams
Mechanic
Harold joined Clement Bros in 2017 as the company's first full time mechanic. He maintains all equipment and also does some custom fabrication.
Scott Lafontaine
Installation Manager
Scott joined our team in 2007 bringing with him many years of landscaping and of plowing experience. His focus at Clement Bros has been in our hardscape division. He is an I.C.P.I. certified installer (2011) and had a Master Gardener certification in (2004).

Ezekiel Clement
Gardening Manager

Zeke joined Clement Bros in 2025 as the company's gardening manager. His focus is keeping up with garden maintenance, and new garden installations.
Trey Anzaldua
Lawn Maintenance Manager
​
Trey joined Clement Bros in 2010 and has since mowed thousands of lawns in the Lakes Region area. In the winter Trey is a plow man and property caretaker.
