Lawn Maintenance Crew Member
Our lawn maintenance team is responsible for keeping our clients lawns looking spectacular all season long. Tasks include spring and fall clean ups, mowing, string trimming and blowing debris from paved surfaces.

Enthusiastic, team oriented and motivated individuals who desire continued learning.

Have the physical ability to routinely lift 40 lbs., walk for long periods of time, often working 10 + hrs./ day and tolerable of ever-changing weather conditions.

We need you to be able to talk to our clients like they are long-time neighbors.

Possess a clean driving record and can demonstrate safe equipment use.

Previous experience would be helpful, but not required.
Landscape Gardener
Our gardening team is responsible for plant bed installation and maintenance. Tasks include spring and fall clean ups, mulching, pruning, feeding, planting, diagnosing/correcting problems, perennial and annual plant care.

Have the physical ability to routinely lift 40 lbs., work on hands and knees for long periods of time; don’t mind getting dirty and occasionally “wet” in inclement weather.

We need you to be able to talk to our clients like they are long-time neighbors.

Possess a clean driving record and can demonstrate safe equipment use.

Previous experience or strong knowledge of plants would be helpful, but ultimately not required.
Full-time, hourly position from late March to December (possibly year-round).
Salary is commensurate with experience and education. Retirement plan available.
